Chicken Fajita Lettuce Wraps

delicious...try it...

Served:2~3 people

~4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts and cut into strips
~2 sliced red or green peppers
~2 sliced onions
~1 reduced fat Cheddar cheese
~9 iceberg lettuce leaves

Preparation:
1.Cook on medium heat for 6~9 minutes till vegetables mix lightly with peppers and onions are crisp-tender.Cover to keep warm.

2. Add chicken with marinade and cook 10~12 minutes till chicken is cooked through,stirring frequently.Then, return vegetable mixture and cook an additional 3~4 minutes or until heated throught,stirring occasionally.

3. Last,spoon chicken mixture onto lettuce leaves and sprinkle with cheese.Roll up and serve warm.

Apple Cake Delight

Apple Cake Delight
Apple cake is a quite and attrative for everyone’s favourite. This delicious cake is sure to tempt your tastebuds.

Serves: 12 people

2 cup sugar
3 cups self-raising flour
150 g margarine (melted)
4 eggs (beaten)
2 teaspoon cinnamon
6 apples (peeled, cored and sliced)

1. Firtsly,mix sugar, flour and cinnamon together.
2. Secondly,add the beaten eggs and melted margarine.
3. Then,pour half the cake mixture into a well greased ring tin.
4. Don’t forget to add the apples, then the remaining cake mixture.
5. Finally.bake in 180°C oven for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold.

Barbecued Sea Bass

For mummy who love delicious and nutritious fish food,here is the easy-to-prepare perfect dish for you.

Delicious Barbecued Sea Bass

Serves: 12 people

  • 4 kg of cleaned sea bass
  • 240g unsalted butter / margarine
  • 8-12 tablespoons fresh / dried dillweed
  • 220ml dry white wine or fish stock
  • finely grated rind & juice of 4 lemon
  • sea salt freshly ground black pepper
  • lemon slices & dill sprigs, to garnish

1. Firstly,prepare a sheet of aluminium foil to enclose the fish.
2. After that,stuff butter and dill-weed mix into fish belly. Marinate fish with the salt and
black pepper.
3. Pour in the wine and lemon juice carefully.
4. Becareful to fold the foil to form a loose package so that the wine and juices do not leak
out. Then,place the foil package on the barbecue and grill for about 45 minutes.
5. Enjoy this delicous dish with serve together with the foil.You also can garnished few
slices of lemon and fresh dill sprigs ornion.
